I think it would be nice if we could make trac automatically reopen closed tickets when a new file is attached. I guess reopen on a new comment would be too much, but new files would make e.g. translation stuff easier, since a ticket is automatically reopened when an update is attached. For other tickets it would make sense as well I think, if there's a new file to look at it shouldn't be just mailed to those who already replied to the ticket.
