I have proposed two updates to r.inc.php. One is in the function
structurehp(), to properly calculate upgraded hp of base structures
without turrets. The other is in templatespeed(), to properly calculate
the speed of templates that are preloaded into the guide - this
currently covers principally cyborgs and the cyborg transport. Speed code
has been tested to generate what seem to be appropriate values for both
cyborgs and the transport. Structurehp code has only been tested to not
generate errors on execution.
