#1808: Models with off by one issues

The following models I know have off by one issues, I'm sure there is

data/base/structs/blpilbox.pie[[BR]]
data/tools/display/blderik.wzm[[BR]]
data/tools/qwzm/blderik.wzm[[BR]]

The problem with the .wzm's is that some UV's that shouldn't move when
changing team colours move. This was most likely caused by a bug in the
pie loader of the converter ( I fixed this exact but in the pie loader for
qwzm.) To solve this I'd use qwzm to create another blderik.wzm, and then
add the animation data from the existing model into it.
See the picture for the issue with blpilbox.pie ( V coord is 239 instead
of 240.)
