#1906: Campaing - research and unit construction.

Using rel. 2.3.0 on a win7 64bit system
1. researching twin machine gun or flamer
2. desing a new unit using this new weapon
3. when trying to build one unit, it consumes all my power or looks like
more then available power.
For a shor time i get then max negative value (-2.3 bil) as power.
after this i am almost done, as i wont get any power.
Looks like the costs calculation of a unt has a overflow or wrong base
value.
or there is missing a contruction modifier.
