Greetings all, it looks like the 2.3.1 windows build wasn't built that
way we expected it should have been built, since we have the mouse
cursor issue again.
More details are here:
http://forums.wz2100.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5627&start=0

Do we make a 2.3.1a release, (only for windows?) or just do a hotfix ?

For the Qt branch, the only (known) blockers are:
1) No CC builds so we can't test anything our usual way.
2) The lack of full screen resolution switching.
3) Not really a blocker per se, but quesoGLC is back, in case you
haven't noticed, and well, it makes it so we can't make MSVC static
builds.

For the lua branch, we have had quite a few complaints about the way
we are handling this branch. For the most part, the details are here:

Basically, I have to agree with what has been said. We should commit
the generated scripts now, and have people submit patches for those,
and whoever wants to fix the generator itself, can do that. It isn't
perfect, but better than no work being done.

For newnet, we really need to get rid of all the floating point
requirements & compiler switches, it just isn't working on all
platforms.

For the codename branch (which is trunk - most recent additions), I
think we should make some test builds of that, and throw it out for
testing ASAP. We need testing done on trunk, or we will fall into the
2.3 trap once again. Note, we must make builds from a 32bit machine,
or we will hit this: http://developer.wz2100.net/ticket/1786
