This patch is a first pass of removing float usage within
moveGetDirection(). As a start, the function is cut down to bare bones
minimum, which is what most approaches to rewriting the movement code have
already done in another ticket. Then the remains are converted to int.
moveGetObstacleVector still need to be handled, but that function is so
insane that it probably need to be rewritten.
