I quieted the wzlobbybot in #warzone2100-games the other day since it was
spamming the channel with spurious game closed msgs.
It would be nice if we
a) could restart the bot as needed. Whether this means access to the
server it is running or a command port or ....
b) had the same code in svn that the bot is running. The svn version
throws pyhon exceptions on startup, hangs and eventually crashes.
