#1964: Quitting doesn't count for changing game options if it is done from the
pull down menu (OS X 10.5.8)

While the game was set to windowed view, if I changed any game options
that needed to take effect on restart of the game and then quit the game
using the menu bar, the changes would not take effect when I restarted.
As I stated above, I am using OS X 10.5.8. I have a 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2
Duo processor with Nvidia video card.
