The attached patch attached adds the functionality to wzmasterserver to
ban specified "words" in hostnames.
It also fixes a crash on server quit and a little bug on host creation
while sending motd.
This has been made in request from vexed.
The list of words has been created in conjuction with Daltx and the guys
from #warzone2100-games
