#2044: Problems building a module

The savegame attached (i wonder if i have to attach the map too? it's
[http://forums.wz2100.net/viewtopic.php?p=64376#p64376 this one] )
features the following problem: i can't build a research module on my
research facility. The three trucks just try to do it and stop in a
fraction of a second.
This happens because there is the fourth truck that still has orders to
build the research facility itself (though it didn't manage to get here
and help before it was finished). But it problem is not 100% reproducible
every time you have such a delayed truck, so probably this description is
not exactly correct. If you select all 4 trucks, it'll work. If you sell
the facility and build a new one with these 3 trucks, it'll work.
This sometimes happens in multiplayer too, and it is pretty annoying, and
i think it's pretty old (:
