#2087: Path finder logic of trunk lets units "hang" on mountains

 I have watched this for a long time. While I played the stable version
 which is shipped with Debian Unstable (my OS, btw) I had not such
 experiences. But with the trunk, the path finder logic seems to be
 changed. When I order units or just one unit across a complex map (all
 main campaign maps) the unit got stuck on mountains, trying to reach
 upper/lower level.

 Like I said, with the stable version I hadn't this issue. :(

 Attached is a savegame from trunk, just started (and whipped out nearly
 all bases) in campaign three. Just head north to the mobile radar unit, I
 have ordered it from right north base down to the LZ.

 Please help here.
