#2106: Demolition cursor sticks

Simple cursor bug. Here is how to reproduce it.
1. Select truck
2. Go to construction menu
3. Select the "demolition" item
4. Don't demolish anything
5. Select some droids with weaponry
6. Observe how you receive a gray "X" cursor over non-demolition targets,
even enemy units, but you get the red wrecking ball cursor over friendly
buildings. With tanks.
Currently resolved by a combination of right clicking on a droid and
giving orders, but this shouldn't happen in the first place.
