#2290: Net sync issues on master-20101030

I hosted a test game on the master-20101030 release, and things soon went
out of sync; there was a delay between the time you made a command (i.e.
move a unit) and the time that command was executed in the game.
Two players left because of lag (networking-wise, movement was choppy; FPS
was 20+ for everyone), and the "Player exiting Warzone" message appeared
about 10 times for each one. Player colors were used instead of player
names ("Red exiting Warzone" instead of "GoodPlayer52 exiting Warzone").
Finally, the disconnected icon appeared and everyone left the game.
