Graphic bug when moving the cursor over any buildings.
I tested this on WinXP-32/Win7-64
Any map.
1. Press "TAB" to disable GUI (radar map... etc)
2. Move the cursor to the building (walls, factory, etc.)
3. Watch a glitch in the texture of roads / tracks / etc
