#2398: Wrong placing of units after going back from away mission

Sometimes when you return from mission and landing zone is placed near
cliffs then if you had many units on that away mission then some of them
may end sitting on top of these usually not accessible cliffs.
But this time it was even worse, when I've returned from gamma 2 mission
then I've found units produced during that mission on cliffs (that's 100%
sure as after that mission units are not returned immediately).
This is very annoying especially if there is already hack / bug that
allows to place many units on one tile.
The only way to make them usable again is to take them on next away
mission with second or later transport (if you will have luck in selecting
them and they won't get stuck again when returning).
Isn't there already mechanism to check if given tile is unaccessible for
land only units?
