#2406: Recycling all of rescued units in gamma 4 results in mission failure

When you recycle (it's best method to avoid losses, there are a few
fragile units that can be destroyed in one hit) units rescued during
mission gamma 4 (SUB_3_2) before that missions ends then it's ends
immediately as failed because of "Objective destroyed" which is not so
obvious (recycling != destroying by enemy).
