#2412: movement bug - interceptor vtols

There is a minor glitch for interceptor vtols. If i click on an enemy vtol
(in the air) my interceptors are starting to fly towards it. If the enemy
vtol lands though, my interceptors are standing still mid air. They dont
move at all. From my point of view they should either continue flying
towards the landed enemy Vtol (probably even able to shoot at) and then
return OR they should immediately turn around for rearming pads/ own base.
