#2544: Lobby timeouts too long in duration
Reporter: Dylan Hsu <per.mathisen@…> | Type: bug
          Status: new | Priority: normal
       Milestone: unspecified | Component: Engine:
         Version: 2.3.7 | Networking
Operating System: All/Non-Specific | Keywords: lobby
        Blocking: | Blocked By:
When requesting to join, host, or otherwise interact with anything
regarding the lobby, the Warzone client tries to join for 15 seconds, or
15 000 ms. This is far too long. Smooth games can be played with latencies
under 200ms, and even laggy games only function with player "pings" under
500ms. The fine quality of the hosting provided for the lobby server
ensures that anyone will receive a timely response from it. I suggest
changing this maximum wait value to 2 seconds, or 2 000 ms.

As a side note: during this wait time, the Windows client freezes and the
entire system is inaccessible without a three-finger salute.
