#2615: after loading a savegame -> buildings use autorepair although it wasn´t

I was loading my savegame of my match on Sk-Wheel to continue playing when
suddenly my buildings started to repair themselves although I didn´t
research autorepair so far (it wasn´t even available).
Logs are empty.
