#2634: Damage in % is not shown for every type of building

Normally the damage of a building is shown in two different ways. You can
watch at the energy bar below it or you can read the damage in % behind
the buildings name when clicking on it.
Some buildings such as derricks or the command centre only feature the
energy bar but not the %-display behind their name.
