#2639: Tanks drive down mountain

I first noticed that phenomenon in a match on Sk-Wheel some time ago, but
there it has been an hover-truck and I thought that it may be a feature of
hovers to climb / fall down walls in perpendicular.
But now it happened again on Sk-GreatRift-T1 but this time halftracked-
cobra-tanks were driving down a mountain.
