#2749: Some defense structures are slightly damaged after being built

I was playing a Skirmish-Game on Sk-Sand-Castles-T1 against 7 Semperfi-AIs
on hard difficulty. After some time I started building defense structures,
specially Mortars and Hurricane-AA. But somehow three of the structures
were slightly damaged after the truck finished building them. They were
smoking and the energy-bar was not filled to 100%. But in the information-
bar damage was said to be 0%.
I can´t see any reason why this three buildings were effected while so
many others were build correctly.
I had to repair these three buildings with a truck, after that they were
"okay" like all the other buildings.
And no, I wasn´t attacked by anyone...
