#2791: hosting game on LAN

 When you click on "host" for a multiplayer game and start hosting it, the
 game starts looking up the server set as the lobby master server. If this
 server is unreachable, it really hangs up the server by trying to connect
 to it over and over and over and over. If I set the master server to
 localhost, it really speeds up the hosting of the game. One or two
 threaded connection attempts to the lobby server would really help things
 out I guess, instead of constantly looking it up.
