Although we again have trap cursor powers in master on WinXP, it's not
accurate. We can now scroll up, left or right, but not down. This is
because the cursor is trapped just beyond the scroll zone at the bottom of
the screen.
It seems that the cursor scroll zone has been shifted towards the top of
the screen by the height of the window title bar. In the past, the scroll
zone at the top of the game window ended at the bottom of the window title
bar, but now it's at the top.
