#2816: Timers and counters not displaying

When I play the campaign the timer for remaining mission time is
displaying as zero (00:00:00). I am, however, getting correct time
remaining announcements.
In addition when building the counts in the factory build queues are
displaying as something like "Bug(a) ..." (sorry I don't have the exact
text).
