I just made a new zh_CN Translation File.As you know,simplified Chinese is
99% similar to traditional Chinese.The Differences is just between their
characters.By looking at the translation status I found that the zh_CN.po
is just 15% complicated but zh_TW.po is more than 80%.So I converted the
content from zh_TW.po to simplified Chinese,and made a brand-new zh_CN.po
based on the zh_TW.po.Whether use it or not depends on you.
