Yes, there is a bug where builders will not buil at a certain location.
Also, there is an annoying lag (where commands will not engage) when there
is the voice over. Voice over meaning... "research completed" or
"construction completed". That bug always got the best of me, over 10
years ago. And now, it seems to be the norm.
Other than that, atm, that's all I have.
