there is an issue in trunk with the keymapping it dont work on my PC
ubuntu 10.04 I hit alt/enter and it dont toggle fullscreen/windowed
Not much more I can add except I have tried resetting keymapping manualy
ingame.
I think any changes ingame to options are ignored as i had to set screen
size in config file in my documents.
