This brings cazfi's patch up-to-date with current master, and includes the
file renames. The second patch makes the autorevision.h to always be
remade, since its dependencies can't always be remade (and those were
hacky anyway). With those two patches, "./autogen.sh && ./configure &&
make distcheck" from a clean source tree succeeds. (Also pushed to github:
