#2979: Attached savegames freeze during loading

The two attached skirmishes were created in the 2011-12-04 snapshot.
The crash in "thing" occurred very shortly (milliseconds) after attempting
to build a hover-python-command turret unit.
A savegame before this unit was designed loads fine. This savegame made
after it was designed does not seem to load.
