#2998: Ally can build on Repair facility rally point, can't move it then

In a recent game my ally built a factory on where I had my repair facility
rally point set to.
Because there is no right click menu to set the repair facility delivery
point, I was unable to click "through" his factory to move it afterwards.
Perhaps clear delivery points if buildings are placed on them?
