Revert all SQL from 2.2
While it has been tested on MSVC & linux (debian), I can't test everything, so
please test! (Tested loading SP CAM_1A, CAM_2A, CAM_3A, skirmish (t1/t2/t3)
autogame!)
Untested on mingw & OS X (project files / make files might need fixing)
