qt: Re-fix Linux builds after "QT: Fix MSVC builds.".
The __STDC_FORMAT_MACROS and __STDC_LIMIT_MACROS must be defined before
stdint.h or inttypes.h are included for the first time.
Adding them on the command line, hope MSVC doesn't complain about configure.ac,
at least...
