Drop artefacts in the middle of factories, instead of next to them.
Indirectly fixes an assert, since it's always possible to drop there:
error [buildFeature:281] Artifact(160755) already placed at (17+1, 16+1) when
trying to place Artifact(160765) at (17+1, 16+1) - removing it
