glsl: Avoid using uniform initialisers.
Maybe this will help with compatibility, since according to
https://www.khronos.org/opengl/wiki/Uniform_(GLSL)
“Platform Issue (Unknown): Some drivers do not implement uniform initializers
correctly.”
