Message code cleanup.
The message code is no longer poke-my-eyes-out ugly,
just plain ugly, and can hopefully be debugged without
driving anyone insane.
Enough parentheses were removed from funky pointer
casting to write a decent LISP program.
Added new tab to debug menu to show all currently
defined messages.
