[macOS] Fix JS doc Markdown generation
- BSD `sed` needs the `-E` flag to enable extended regular expressions. Also,
use the `[[:space:]]` character class.
- Remove use of `top_srcdir`. The `SetupPrebuiltComponents-Docs.sh` script sets
the current directory to the source root.
