  More improvements to semperfi-js.

Notable changes:
- Build a few more AA sites.
- Research order changes for overall better survival. Weapon upgrades are 
smoother so some
don't stay too weak for a long time in early game.
- Research and use repair facilities.
- Move contents of eventGameInit to eventStartLevel.
- Fix bug where a enemy player object was being set for currentEnemy in 
eventAttacked which
should only be a player number. Thus stopping jerky movements when attacked.
- Minimum attack group sizes slightly increased.
- Increase chance of building defenses in eventStructureBuilt. Also, scan a
