Improve libcampaign sequence playing abilities.
Support playing precursor sound messages before a video sequence. Often
times playing the sound "Incoming transmission..." would require a queue
and another function just to do that. Now, passing in a sound file along
with video strings in an array into camPlayVideos() will do this
automatically.

Tweaks to cam1-d mission.
Create a new label area that enables most factories, and the enemy LZ,
at the west entrance of the main base. At the same time, the two
triggers on the land based path are shortened. The idea is to allow a
player to more successfully launch a surprise assault if they stay near
the western edge of the map.
