* use Markdown
* more detailed descriptions of changes
* new categories for different kinds of contributors
* list everyone involved in creating version 3.3.0 Beta 1
* for older versions, unfortunately many, if not most contributor names
are missing. Rectifying this is too much work at the moment, so please
complain if you know someone who is underappreciated or miscategorized.
