BoneCrusher! update v1.02 -> v1.1 (#1442)
* BoneCrusher! v1.02 -> v1.1
New: If insufficient energy - sell base defense, walls and weapons point
New: Can build repair facility
New: Army new targeting code and behavior (Army can handle with scavengers with
minimal losses)
New: Can handle with non standard maps contain continents and islands in one map
Fixed: Stuck constructors nearby artifact or oil barrels trying pickup it
Fixed: BoneCrusher now using the repair-droids given to him
Other: Clean code from blocks of old commented code
Other: Event now using namespace "bc_"
