EMP and Electronic research now branch off of commander technology.
- EMP Cannon requires Command Turret, Medium Cannon, and the 4th research
upgrade.
- EMP Mortar requires Command Turret, Mortar, and the 6th research upgrade.
- EMP Missile Launcher requires Command Turret, Cluster Bomb Bay, and the 4th
research upgrade.
- Nexus Link requires Command Turret Upgrade.
- Nexus Resistance Circuits requires Nexus Link, Advanced Engineering, and the
8th research upgrade.
Additionally, EMP Cannon now has a weight reduction to match the Medium Cannon.
Any "ANTI AIRCRAFT" modifier corrected to "ALL ROUNDER".
