#3338: After losing all Structures and units, the area is still lit up

Minor bug. If all your units and structures are lost, and then once the
scoreboard is shown, you can still see the sensor range of the last few
standing structures long after they have been destroyed.
However, you can't see any enemy units at all which is how it should work,
so it's just a minor bug.
