#3368: One menu freezes sometimes

The menu which allows you to select such things as retreat at a damage
level, or set range, etc... The only way to select the desired option(s)
on it is to bring up another menu, then bring back this menu. I've
included a screenshot, and highlighted the menu in question (red circle).
