#3379: fw : green bars show fuzzy energy values

In the previous versions of the game, each energy bar (research,
production and building) shows the energy missing to start the item's
building, not the total of missing energy for all the items, at the moment
we ask the item to be done. I joined a snapshot, where you can see two MG
tanks being produced while a research center begins to be built. One
research center costs 100, and a MG tank 55. The tank of the third factory
asks for 38 over 55 (the bar is progressing), but the second one asks for
93 over 55 ! (93=55+38) And his bar should progress, even if the other
tank asks for energy at the same time... In the other versions, each item
takes his part of the energy produced. These parts are also in proportion,
for the buildnigs, with the numbers of trucks which are building it. So,
if many items are going on, the repartition of the energy between them
should be equitable (for example, if two tanks are being produced and a
research center is being built with three trucks at the same time, and if
the production of energy reaches 5 per second, each tank should recieve 1
of energy per second, whereas the center 3 per second, and their green bar
should progress simultanly, in proportion with the amount of energy each
item needs (over 55 for the tanks and over 100 for the center)).

I hope I managed to explain it good (I'm french...).
