 Factory designated #1 destroyed. New factory built at new location, which
 becomes factory #2. Factory built to replace factory #1 will also be
 designated #2. As either of these factories is destroyed (by satlas), its
 replacement will also be designated #2, so that there will continue to be
 two factories #2.

 Now, production from one of these #2 factories will often go to the
 delivery point of the other factory, which can be a problem if that point
 is close to the factory - which might be destroyed at any moment. More
 weird, a factory #2 can produce units it has not been upgraded to produce,
 provided that the other #2 factory has been upgraded.

 It can be envisaged that the serious confusion arising from this situation
 would be multiplied if more than two factories were involved, which might
 render the game unplayable.
