#3416: Zzz after loading a campaign savegame

Some guy reports that he's getting "Zzz" sign in campaign after
save/load'ing. Some samples of broken savegames are attached below; i
couldn't make any myself, but i do see the same "Zzz" when i try to load
them, both in 3.1_beta7 and 3.1-git.
