#3626: Missing list of required linux packages for configure and build.

So I've downloaded the source files of the beta11 release, only to find
that every time I attempt to use the ./configure && make command that some
package is missing, there doesn't seem to be a list of required packages
anywhere. This I think needs to be fixed.
