hi i judt downloaded your 3.1 beta11, ran the installer and now it has
finished installing for some reason it will not load but yet my version
2.3.9 does. i have most current and upto date drivers for all my hardware
so not sure why it will not play. does not give me any error messages or
any thing. when i double click on the desktop short cut, the start menu
one and the direct .exe file it just does nothing. it does not even start
a process that i can see in my proccess manager.
