#3719: Beta 3.1 Game Save crashes game

Problem: When saving a game in skirmish mode the game will crash to the
desktop. On restarting the game I will see the game in "saved games" but
it will not load and game comes back to main menu. Running top I see it
takes alot of CPU to run it also (86%).
** Im sorry I did not save the "saved game". I will again if needed.
